- Source: Forest timber, thinning wood, suitable forest residue assortments, and untreated by-products from sawmills.
- Wood species: Softwood, hardwood, or suitable mixed assortments.
- Chip size: Various particle sizes and grades, depending on the production process and availability.
- Moisture content: Fresh or stored wood chips with varying moisture content.
- Quality: Fines, ash content, bark content, and freedom from contaminants can be tailored to the intended use.
- Volumes: By arrangement – up to 4,000 tonnes per month.
Energy Wood Roundwood
from softwood and hardwood roundwood
- Source: Untreated roundwood from forestry.
- Wood species: Various softwood and hardwood species, as well as mixed assortments.
- Dimensions: Various diameters and lengths, depending on the available assortments.
- Condition: Fresh or stored roundwood, depending on source and storage.
- Delivery format: Whole logs or cut-to-length roundwood sections.
- Delivery volumes: By arrangement - up to 15,000 tonnes per month.
Forest Residues & Tree Tops
from forestry operations
- Origin: Timber harvesting and processing operations.
- Products: Tree tops, branches, twigs, stem residues and other suitable forest residue products.
- Wood species: Softwood, hardwood or mixed assortments.
- Specifications: Various diameters, lengths and bark content; fresh or stored.
- Delivery format: Unchipped material, bundled assortments or processed products, where available.
- Uses: Production of forest wood chips and other suitable energy applications.
